Digital Book Today was founded (2009) by Anthony Wessel who is a book industry veteran (93-2002 with Borders/Waldenbooks), PC software (87-93 with Egghead Software) and founder of DigitalBookToday.com and The Top 100 Best Free Kindle Book List which is updated daily.
Digital Book Today has a group of contributors who have either worked in the book industry and/or have been avid book readers all of their lives.
We all have our favorite genres such as Romance, Thrillers, Medical, Mystery, Chicklit, Sports, Non-fiction, Fiction, and more. Please note that Digital Book Today does not do reviews as a service. However we all try to submit a review on Amazon for the books we read as a “thank you” to Indie authors.

Digital eReaders have now brought out an old form of promotion in the print publishing industry. Instead of getting free books (with paper pages), authors are now using the limited time price of $0.00 to expand their following and to increase the number of reviews or world of mouth recommendations. The reader has to be in the right place at the right time to obtain these free books.
We maintain a page called The Top 100 Best Free Kindle Books (update daily) where we feature the best of the daily free books. Our general guidelines are a minimum of 4.0+ star rating on Amazon and 18+ Amazon reviews. One would be surprised at how few books exceed these guidelines out of the 5,000+ free books that are on Amazon on any given day.
